Objecting to the Settlement

How do I object to the settlement?

If you are a Class Member, you can tell the Court that you do not agree with the Settlement or some part of it. You can also object to the requested fees, costs, administrative expenses, and Class Representative compensation. To object, you must send the Court a written statement that you object to the Settlement in Jerry Johnson, et al., v. Be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, signature, and a full explanation of why you object to the Settlement. Your written objection must be received by the Court no later than April 6, 2018. The Court’s address is Clerk of the Court, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, 280 South 1st Street, Room 2112, San Jose, CA 95113.
